Celebrating the spirit of God’s Own Country-Kerala
Kids of Shishuvatika celebrated Kerala Piravi with great joy and cultural pride on 1.11.2025. The main aim of the celebration was to make our little ones understand the rich heritage and beauty of our beloved state, Kerala – God’s Own Country.
The celebration began with a brief introduction about the importance of Kerala Piravi and the formation of the state in 1956. Children enthusiastically came dressed in beautiful traditional Kerala attire.
Teachers explained the significance of Kerala’s symbols through picture talk .The premises echoed with joy as students showcased Kerala’s culture through various engaging activities.Children delivered short speeches honouring the state, recited traditional rhymes and took part in show and talk session on Kerala’s traditions and state symbols. The celebration highlighted values of unity, simplicity and love for our culture. It was a memorable day that nurtured cultural awareness and pride among our children.
