Celebrating International Yoga Day at Our Vidyalaya!

Today, during our assembly, students showcased a variety of yoga postures, impressively demonstrating their dedication and the benefits of regular practice. Our wonderful yoga instructor, Ms. Sowmya, led the session with grace and expertise, guiding students through each pose.

We are incredibly proud of our students for their enthusiastic participation and the positive energy they brought to this special day.

Our respected Principal, Ms. Deepa Menon, encouraged and advised all students to incorporate yoga into their daily routines, emphasizing that this practice will enhance their academic performance as well.
